• CNE (Certified Novell Engineer) from Onwards Novell INDIA, Bangalore in 2000.
• DCH (Diploma in Computer Hardware) from CGIHT in 1999.
• ADCN from CGIHT, Bhubaneswar in 1999.
• Software proficiency with windows base all Operating system(NT,2000,XP,2007),UNIX, Linux, MAC OS , MS Office, VB, Oracle, SQL Server, Web Base application ,Multimedia tools(Flash, Photoshop, Dream Weaver),ASP, Java script.
• Language proficiency with TCL, ASSEMBLY, C&C++ and Web Programming languages. Perform shell scripting or other basic scripting tasks.
• Hardware proficiency with maintenances of all IBM compatible system including installation and configurations. Evaluate networking software, operating system software and software applications
• Networking proficiency with network design ,Installation ,Configuration ,Administration and giving security for the Novell Netware (3.11,4.11,5.0,5.11),Windows NT,2000,UNIX,Linux. Implement network traffic and security monitoring software, and optimize server performance
• Proper understanding all types of hardware including routers, switches, wires and other essential equipment.
• Knowledge of IP addressing and some common networking protocols like IPv4 and IPv6.
• Knowledge of various Networking Services such as directories, files, distributed applications, email, HTTP, FTP, DNS and some other common services.
• Knowledge of security maintenance using encryption, firewalls, IDS, anti-virus, anti-spam etc.
• Knowledge of ISP/Communication Providers and Virtual Private Networks (VPNs).
• Operate master consoles to monitor the performance of computer systems and networks and to co-ordinate access and use of computer networks.
• Perform routine network start up and close down and maintain control records. Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations. Control and monitor e-mail use, Web navigation, and installed software’s.
• Database proficiency with maintaining database for SQL Server and Oracle8i, 9i.
• Simulation proficiency with NS2, NS3, NetSIM and MATLAB.
